DGV-TC-080L8: Authority ContinuityGER-280: Continuous LineageVersion: 1.0.0
Continuous Lineage Enforcement
Verifies that the gate enforces a receipt at every intermediate step between T0 and T1. If the lineage chain has a gap (a missing receipt hash), the gate MUST DENY. The chain is not optional - it is required.
Operational Purpose & Scope
The gate must enforce a receipt at every intermediate step. A gap in the lineage chain MUST result in DENY.

- Mandatory:Yes — must pass for certification
Governance Risk & Penalty
A gap in the lineage chain means the auditor cannot establish continuous authority. The gate must refuse to execute if the chain is broken.
