DGV-TC-089L9: Reproducibility & AuditGER-289: Receipt Re-derivationVersion: 1.0.0
Receipt Re-derivation from Rules
Verifies that an auditor can re-derive the gate decision from the ONLY Lang rules and the recorded inputs, producing the same receipt hash. This is the fixed-point property: the decision is a deterministic function of the rules and the inputs.
Operational Purpose & Scope
An auditor must be able to re-derive the gate decision from the ONLY Lang rules and recorded inputs. The resulting receipt hash must match the original.

Governance Risk & Penalty
If the decision cannot be re-derived from the rules, the receipt is a claim, not a proof. The fixed-point property is what makes the receipt verifiable.
